The company provides coal transportation services "as is" and "as available." While every effort is made to ensure safe and timely delivery, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, equipment failure, or acts of God.

The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from delays, damages, or shortages during transit.
Liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the coal or the insurance coverage taken (if any), and only when it can be proven that the damage was caused by the company's negligence.
No liability will be assumed for coal degradation (moisture, dust loss, etc.) due to natural causes or handling unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

If third-party transporters or agents are used, the company is not responsible for their actions or omissions. Claims related to third-party mishandling must be directed to the relevant party.

The company shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, road closures, or accidents.

The transporter is responsible for complying with all applicable local and national transportation laws, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
Any violation of transport permits, overloading, or traffic rules by the driver or operator will not be the liability of the coal supplier (if services are outsourced).

Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the consignor/consignee to ensure adequate transit insurance coverage is in place, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Without such insurance, any claims for loss or damage may not be entertained.

Process
Any loss or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by documentation (photos, weighbridge slips, delivery notes).
Claims submitted beyond this window may be rejected.
